Do try it at home and share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br /><br />Ingredients:<br />5 cups Milk<br />1/4 cup Basmati Rice, soaked<br />1/2 cup Sugar<br />Almond ( soaked & chopped)<br />Raisins (soaked)<br />Pistachios (soaked & chopped)<br />1/4 tsp Cardamom powder<br />Saffron strands<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />Heat oil in a vessel, add rice, boil it for 15 minutes and keep stirring it occasionally.<br />Once the milk gets a boil, turn the flame to medium and add sugar.<br />Add almonds, raisins, pistachios, cardamom powder, mix well and let it cook.<br />Add saffron, mix well and let it turn thick.<br />Our Rice Kheer is ready to serve.<br />
